 Wow! Wow! Wow! Every new thing we find out about Newt's story makes the story even more interesting and enticing. I loved the Niffler and that bird or dragon or whatever it was flying about was beautiful. It makes it even harder to wait until November! Now I am going back and watching that trailer another dozen times!

Ooh! Thanks for the heads up. JKR really is great about providing the HP fans all her works in written form. First the HP and the Cursed Child And now this. I'm sure she is aware that the fans want the 'cannon' in writing, so they can make sure they are basing their fantasy on what she is guiding them towards. Long live JKR!

I just clicked over to Amazon and pre-ordered my copy!

According to Digital Spy, Jo has already written Fantastic Beasts 2, and as she retweeted a link, I think we can assume it is reliable.

;D Popped over to Pottermore and they have an interview with the four main actors in Fantastic Beasts from Comic Con: https://www.pottermore.com/news/exclusive-interview-fantastic-beasts-cast-san-diego-comic-con-2016
Not a whole lot about the plot but some nice moments about the cast.

Also they had "A Day with the Cast at Comic Con" which you might enjoy: https://www.pottermore.com/news/san-diego-comic-con-2016-with-cast-of-fantastic-beasts

That last trailer looks magnificent! :)

One thing feels like a huge oddity, though. This trailer makes definite hints to the hostilities between No-Majs and wizards in USA. And yet, the famous American wizard school Ilvermorny had a Muggle (or No-Maj) as one founder!!  :o How come?
Do you think this seeming miss-match will ever come into play by reference or whatever? What are your thoughts on this?

There's a lot of interesting material at ImDB now.

About the film

Everything they learned on their set visit leads to a page with 13 images and 13 info texts, displayed one pair at a time. (You get the next/previous one by pressing the arrow at the far right/left of the image.)
