I am thinking of... a Place / Planet / Satellite / Asteroid / Somewhere it is possible to go especially if you have a TARDIS

1. Yes, it is inside the universe (i.e. not a pocket universe / outside the universe).

Is it a companion's home planet?

I believe the Curator is a future incarnation of the Doctor, probably his last. Why else would he retire and settle down?

Has it also been visited by a Classic Who Doctor? (Although offhand, I can't think of any he's revisited since the revival.)

(I can think of Skaro as a place visited by both Classic and post-Classic Doctors. Might be others.)

10. Depends on your definition of companion, but the Doctor has been there with one companion for sure, and another one that is debatable (I would say yes they are a companion, so I would like to say: Yes, the Doctor has been there with more than one companion).
